Sadly my copy of Strange & Norrell is in the UK; I was pr-e-tty sure my sister had a copy but I can't seem to find it anywhere; nevertheless I have managed to dig up Bill Bryson's A Short History of Nearly Everything and Dawkins' The Selfish Gene. Would you happen to be interested in Kenneth Paul Tan's Renaissance Singapore, btw? I loved it and you should read it too - there's a review of it on my books tag if you click back far enough.
