Pretty much, yeah :/ like? I really really don't like it that Hitler was basically in the show just so Rory Williams could punch him and have it be all "oh, Rory Williams is so great, he punched Hitler" and Mels be "so badass, she said 'let's kill Hitler'". Yes, Hitler was evil. I'm not sure if this means we need to continually reduce him to comic effect at the expense of trivialising an especially loaded and painful part of history. :/
