The doctor thinks ALL humans are crazy and chaotic and illogical and bright and oh so beautiful. He would not cast aspirations on anyone. To him, everyone is beautiful.
And also, the doctor is fundamentally removed from humans, he doesn't QUITE get it. He would not be all "sheesh ladies! Amirite fellas?"
