Quick question, guys!
If I wished to start reading Ovid, where should I start? I borrowed Heroides from the library yesterday, but I can't seem to get into it much. I'll give it another try later this evening, maybe.
Also, if you wanted to throw book recs in general at me that would be very much appreciated! I have all the time in the world to read now. :D

I also think it's necessary, if you haven't already, to read Neil Gaiman and Chuck Palahniuk...something by each of them. They're kind of awesome.
Um....I can't think of anything else right now. Unless you're into comics at all; that's an entirely different list.

And The Secret History sounds excellent, I've heard of him! And Prep sounds great, I will check it out. Who's it by, btw?
Thanks, dude! ♥

Sorry - Prep is by Curtis Sittenfield.
No problem! ♥

what kind of stuff do you like to read, though? I do read grown-up books occasionally!

I tend to be somewhat fusty -- I've probably read more Stuff Written In Other Centuries than contemporary things, so I'd like to read newer books, if that makes sense.
... seriously, I am blanking out now that people're asking me what I like to read. See my book meme post? :D?
